All abstracts are to be submitted electronically in accordance with the guidelines below and should be submitted by Friday 18 April 2008. Authors may submit more than one abstract but the Organising Committee reserves the right to accept only one of these if there are insufficient spaces available on the program.

Authors may indicate their preference for oral versus poster presentation in their submission, however the Organising Committee reserve the right to allocate abstracts to either oral or poster presentations.
All abstracts will undergo blinded peer-review for acceptance with a final decision being made by the Organising Committee.

Authors with accepted abstracts must register and pay to attend the conference – timing of notification of acceptance will allow presenters to take advantage of early bird registration fees. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book in printed and electronic form.

Negotiations are underway regarding publication of relevant full papers in an appropriate, peer reviewed journal. Authors with accepted abstracts will be asked to indicate whether they want to have their full paper peer-reviewed for consideration for publication. They will be contacted by the organisers once all details are confirmed.
