
Destination SA – Adelaide’s Business Events Exchange is an annual showcase hosted by the Adelaide Convention Tourism Authority (ACTA) that creates highly effective business to business opportunities showcasing South Australia's business event industry to fully qualified buyers.
Aimed at those involved in organising meetings, incentives, conferences, special events or exhibitions and renowned as the most comprehensive showcase of South Australian products and services the event will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 July 2009. Whilst visiting Destination SA we will help put you in touch with suppliers, contacts and ideas for your next business event in South Australia. Essentially our aim is to provide an inspired solution for your next business event.
Since its conception in 2004, this annual showcase has been instrumental in maintaining South Australia's reputation as a leading destination for national and international business events. Indeed each year ACTA receives great support for this event from across all markets, and last year was no exception with buyer and exhibitor registrations at an all time high.

The program
The Destination SA program includes a welcome function, pre-scheduled buyer/exhibitor appointments between buyers and exhibitors, DSA Dinner, a city and regional familiarisation program for international buyers, and a city familiarisation for national buyers.
The pre-scheduled appointment stream is solely designed to provide exhibitors with opportunities to generate new business prospects and build lasting business relationships. Preferred appointments are scheduled utilising exhibitor and buyer matching software. Up to 11 appointments are scheduled on Thursday 30 July between exhibitors and state-based buyers and the second day 17 appointments are scheduled between exhibitors and national and international buyers.
