Convention Hotels
Accommodation has been reserved at Steadfast preferred hotels. Special Convention rates are available when booked through All Occasions Management. Accommodation rooms are limited and allocation will be strictly on first-come first-serve basis. As this is a busy time on the Gold Coast we encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions (above) before completing your registration form, as terms differ for each property.
Accommodation Booking and Deposit
To make a booking please complete the relevant section on the registration form after carefully reading the terms and conditions for the property you are selecting before submitting payment to All Occasions Management. Amounts for each property differ and incorrect amounts sent to All Occasions Management will be returned. Accommodation bookings and deposits must be forwarded to All Occasions Group prior to Friday 27th February 2009. Should you require a booking after this date, credit card details must be provided to be forwarded onto the hotel to secure your booking. Cheques and EFT payments will be returned to the delegate if received post Friday 27th February 2009.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions
The accommodation availability and prices shown in the registration brochure are current at the time of publication; however, they are subject to change without notice in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier. It is the responsibility of the delegate to carefully read and accept the terms and conditions on the registration form. Steadfast Convention Pty Ltd and All Occasions Management accept no responsibility for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred.
