Contributed Papers and Mini-Symposia Submissions and Presenter Information
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION HAS NOW CLOSED. THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE WILL NOT ACCEPT FURTHER ABSTRACTS.
PAPERS and PROPOSALS - Due 15 January 2010
To ensure more widespread distribution of contributed papers, speakers are encouraged to submit electronic versions of papers, as well as bringing 30 hard copies of your paper to the Conference.
Should your abstract be accepted, please consider submitting your paper to megan@aomevents.com by the 15 January 2010 and place "AARES 2010 Paper" in the subject line.
Papers are to be submitted in PDF format and must be accompanied by a cover page which includes:
· Conference Name
· Year
· Paper title
· Author(s) and affiliations
Note that there is free PDF conversion software available on a number of Internet sites (see for example www.pdf995.com).

Presenters of accepted abstracts and mini-symposia will need to register for the Conference, including payment of registration fees.
It is expected that the Registration Brochure will be distributed by October 2009.
