Registration Fee Inclusions:
Full Registration
Full registration includes attendance at all Congress sessions, access to trade exhibition during advertised times, morning tea, lunches and afternoon tea^ for the duration of the Congress, a name badge, satchel, program book and ticket for the Opening Cocktail Reception and Congress Dinner. Additional tickets to the Opening Cocktail Reception and Congress Dinner are an additional cost.
Day Registration
Day registration includes attendance at all Congress sessions, access to trade exhibition during advertised times, morning tea, lunches and afternoon tea^ on the nominated day of attendance, a name badge, satchel and program book. Tickets to the Opening Cocktail Reception and Congress Dinner are an additional cost.
* Corporate Registration entitles a company to share a registration and send selected staff members to nominated sessions. One name badge and satchel must be shared between attendees.
^ Please note that due to the Congress program concluding at 2.00pm on Friday, 12 August, afternoon tea will not be served on this day.
AIMS SPC 2011 Scholarships and Awards
Six scholarships are to be offered to financial members of AIMS in 2011 to support attendance at the AIMS/NZIMLS South Pacific Congress to be held on the Gold Coast, Queensland 8th to 12th August.
Three Remote Attendee scholarships of $1250
One Young Scientist Scholarship of $1250
Two scholarships of $1,000 each will be offered for first time presenters at the South Pacific Congress - one for an oral presentation and one for a poster.
