REGISTRATION

Welcome Reception Update
Due to strict Government House regulations, as at COB Friday 17th October, tickets to the Welcome Reception, hosted by His Excellency the Governor and Mrs Scarce at Government House will no longer be available. For those delegates who have registered to attend, you will receive an invitation from Government House in due course.

All Occasions Management - APCS’; by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club)* or by electronic funds transfer (EFT)**:

*Accounts paid by a credit card will incur a processing fee of 2% for Visa and MasterCard, 3.5% for AMEX and 4.5% for Diners.
**To allow us to identify your EFT payment, please enter your surname as the statement reference and send a remittance advice by fax, post or email to All Occasions Management.
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. A Tax Invoice will also be sent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing, either mailed, faxed or emailed, to All Occasions Management. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Conference receive a full refund, less a $110.00 handling fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Conference; however
a substitute delegate may be nominated.

Full registration fee includes attendance at all Conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and attendance at the Welcome Reception and a satchel. Attendance at the Conference Dinner is an additional cost.

Day registration fee includes attendance at all Conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the nominated day and a satchel. Attendance at the
Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner is an additional cost.

Keynote Address registration fee includes attendance at the Keynote Address by Lord Justice Scott Baker, Deputy Assistant Coroner for Inner West London on Wednesday 19th November at 9.30am and morning tea directly following the Keynote Address.

Venue: The Bradman Room at the Adelaide Oval Function Centre
Cost: $90.00 per person
