Conference Location - Adelaide

The Econometric Society Australasian Meeting 2011 will be held in Adelaide, South Australia’s capital city. This cosmopolitan city boasts all the attractions and comforts of larger cities, yet knows how to slow down and enjoy life. Perhaps this comes from being surrounded by some of the world’s greatest wine regions, or being situated 20 minutes from some of the best suburban beaches in Australia.

Adelaide is proud to be home to some of the best conference and accommodation facilities in Australia, and being known as the ’20 minute city’ means that getting around town is never hard. The Mediterranean climate, beautiful natural surrounds and myriad of potential activities ensures every visit to Adelaide is an enjoyable one.
