Registration Fees and Payment

Registration fees are outlined as below. All amounts are inclusive of GST.

Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide.
Tickets are at a cost of $100.00 per person for all registration types and guests.

Registration Fee Inclusions
Please find below details of the inclusions as part of each registration type. Extra tickets for all events can be purchased separately through the registration system.

Full Conference Registration Fees (Member, Non Member and Student) include attendance at all meeting sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Welcome Reception, meeting proceedings, a name badge, satchel and meetingmaterials. The ESAM 11 Dinner is an additional cost.

Non-Member registration fees include a 12-month Society Membership and online access to the “Econometrica”.

Day Registration fees include attendance of sessions, and morning and afternoon tea, lunch on the nominated day, access to the trade exhibition during advertised times, and a name badge, satchel and meeting materials. The Welcome Reception and ESAM 11 Dinner is an additional cost.

Before you register, please note the following: 

  • Registrations submitted by 23 May 2011 will attract the early bird discount of $100.00.
  • Presenters of contributed papers must have registered by 6 June 2011 to confirm their place in the program.
  • Members of the Econometric Society are eligible for a discount of $100.00 to the registration fee.
  • In order to claim the discounted Member registration fees, you will need to provide your current membership number. This number will be printed on your ES renewal notice as your “Customer Number”. To join the Society, or confirm your Customer Number, visit the Econometric Society Membership Site.
  • Attendees who register as non-members will automatically become members of the Econometric Society, unless they make a specific request to the Program Chairs that this not be done.
  • If you have registered as a student, please email a scan of your current student ID card to conference@aomevents.com, so we can verify your status.

Registration Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Payment of EARLY BIRD registration fees are required before or on 23 May 2011 to qualify for the rate. Full payment of REGULAR registration fees or additions is required prior to the commencement of the Econometric Society Australasian Meeting 2011. Admission to the Meeting and all social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.

Confirmation of Registration
Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted. A tax invoice will be attached to this email. If you have not received a written confirmation within seven days please contact All Occasions Management at conference@aomevents.com.

Cancellation Policy   
By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the Meeting and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (mail, fax or email), to All Occasions Management. Registration cancellations received up to 6 June 2011 will receive a full refund, less a $110.00 handling fee. Registration cancellations received between 7 June – 20 June 2011 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received from 21 June 2011; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.
