Anne-Marie Quinn - Managing Director

Anne-Marie has managed and developed the organisation since its inception. From a staff of one, she has built the organisation over the past 9 years to a staff of 16 and has attracted a very impressive range of major national and international clients.

Already an industry leader in the event and convention management business through All Occasions Management, Anne-Marie expanded her business interests and developed the All Occasions Group.  The company has now redefined the corporate, group and leisure travel markets with All Occasions Travel.

Anne-Marie leads her team with vision and foresight and constantly seeks new opportunities for growth, expansion and development of the All Occasions Group.

Merilyn Dayman - Manager - All Occasions Management
Merilyn has extensive experience in professional conference organisation and successfully completes the process from outset to delivery. Merilyn’s strategic management and strong problem solving skills combine with a commitment to achieve a personal best for all clients.

Jodie Sinel - Senior Business Development Manager

With more than twelve years experience in senior management roles within the business events industry, Jodie directs business development for the All Occasions Group.  Jodie is a dedicated professional committed to achieving business success and client satisfaction.

Shanna Sheldrick - Manager - Conventions & Events

Shanna uses her background in local and international event management to provide invaluable service and support for all business sections within the All Occasions Group. Qualified in Event Management, Shanna plays an important key role with the coordination/management of the conferences and events.

 Chantelle Dolphin - Senior Coordinator – Conventions & Events

Chantelle comes to All Occasions Group with a strong function and events background. Qualified in hospitality and tourism management, Chantelle has strengthened her knowledge with many years of hands-on function experience. Her meticulous co-ordination skills combined with a ‘can do’ attitude ensures the very best level of service is provided for All Occasions Group clients.

Jessica Bosnakis - Co-ordinator - Conventions & Events

Qualified in Event Management, Jessica’s extensive experience in event management, sales coordination and administration enables her to provide a variety of services to All Occasions Group clients. Jessica is an enthusiastic team member who plays an important role within the All Occasions Management Team.

Jaimi Racher - Coordinator – Conventions & Events


With 2 years experience in the major sporting events industry, Jaimi is able to meet the All Occasions Group’s Clients needs by utilizing her coordination, organization and interpersonal skills. Jaimi is a confident team member due to her passion for event management and will to succeed.

Candice Sferco - Co-ordinator - Conventions & Events

Candice joined the All Occasions Management team after completing the Advanced Diploma in International Event Management. She had been working with All Occasions Management casually and also had background in hospitality before joining on a permanent basis.

     Kevin Bishop -  Operations Manager - Travel

Kevin has worked extensively in both travel management and consultancy roles, overseeing numerous important corporate accounts. With more than 16 years experience in the travel industry, Kevin has developed astute planning and decision making abilities which he utilises to the benefit of our clients.

 Lee Stinson - Account Manager - Travel 

With 8 years experience in the Travel Industry Lee has managed and overlooked retail Travel Agencies in Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide specializing in group travel and looking after individuals needs. Lee has travelled and worked in Canada, North America and the United Kingdom as well as travelling extensively through Europe and Asia. As a result he is keen to share and pass on his knowledge with future clients.

William Boran-Fogarty - Technical Project & Risk Management Consultant

William is an internationally experienced professional business manager and IT Consultant with more than 16 years of IT experience.  Having worked for major international corporations, William is a technically competent IT Specialist and his experience in Project Management, Risk Management and business strategy brings a wealth of international technical experience to the team.

Maricel Rigoir - Group Manager, Finance

Maricel has worked extensively in business management and accounting roles. Accredited with a Diploma in Accounting and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, her primary role within the All Occasions Group is to manage all financial aspects of the company and to oversee the financial management of the conferences, events and travel agency.
