The registration and information desk will be located in the Main Foyer and will be open during the following hours:

Delegate and Sponsor Convention Registration Fees include attendance at all Convention sessions and all social functions including Welcome Reception on Saturday, Steadfast Spectacular Dinner on Sunday, The Swing King Cabaret on Tuesday, Nightcap Networking, breakfast in the Steadfast Marketplace, morning teas, lunches, networking drinks on the Convention days, a satchel and pocket program.
Accompanying Partner Registration Fees include attendance at the opening sessions on Sunday and all social functions including Welcome Reception on Saturday, Steadfast Spectacular Dinner on Sunday, The Swing King Cabaret on Tuesday, and Nightcap Networking.
Day Registration Fees are only available to Steadfast Shareholders and their staff, whereby the licensee (principal) is registered as a full delegate. Day registration is only available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. It includes attendance at the sessions on the nominated day, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and networking drinks and access to the Steadfast Marketplace. Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Saturday, Steadfast Spectacular Dinner on Sunday, and The Swing King Cabaret on Tuesday, must be booked seperately and will incur an additional fee.
The Steadfast Marketplace will be open on Saturday 14 March from 3.15pm - 5.45pm for all registered delegates, Steadfast Shareholders and their staff.
Entry into the Steadfast Marketplace will be complimentary on Saturday for Steadfast Shareholders staff whose licensee (principal) is registered as a full delegate. Please complete the registration form.
*Steadfast Group Limited is pleased to provide Complimentary entrance to the Steadfast Marketplace on Saturday, 14th March 2009 for all QLD, NTH QLD Steadfast Shareholders' Staff as well as Sponsors' and Exhibitors' Staff. All Complimentary attendees must complete the Registration Form so that we may cater for the extra numbers and to provide a Name Badge for entry into the Marketplace.
Payment of Registration Fees
Payment must accompany all registration forms and may be made by credit card or cheque payable to ‘All Occasions Group – Steadfast Account’ or by electronic funds transfer: Commonwealth Bank, BSB: 065 112, Account number: 1012 3994
To allow us to identify your payment, you must enter your surname as the statement reference and a remittance advice must also be forwarded by email, mail or fax.
Registration Authorisation
All registration forms MUST be signed by the Shareholder Principal or a senior member of staff in your brokerage. Failure to do so will result in the registration form not being processed.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (mail, fax or email), to All Occasions Management. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Convention will receive a full refund, less a $110.00 handling fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the Convention will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Convention; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.
